Delivery Information

As a family run business we will always try to get your order out in a timely manner, this may include working late or even at the weekend, however our official hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, orders placed outside of these hours may be processed the following working day.

On average we take about four hours to process an order, from being placed on the website to being ready for dispatch and then all orders go to the Post Office at 4:00pm everyday. This means any order placed after noon will probably not be dispatched until the following day.

We offer 1st and 2nd class services from the Royal Mail with the prices based on your order value.

Next Day Special Delivery service is also available and offers a guaranteed next day delivery, however as explained above you must place your order by noon to enable us time to process your order and get it to the Post Office in time.

We now also offer a Next Day courier service for large orders which is sometimes cheaper than the Royal Mail Small & Medium Parcel rates, this service requires additional processing time to arrange for the courier to collect so may not leave on the same day as you place your order. 

Our free economy UK delivery option is available for order of £35.00 or more and will appear in the "Shipping & Handling Options:" drop down menu once your order qualifies for this offer, we also have an upgrade free economy to first class service for an additional £1 - This is only valid for UK deliveries.

We reserve the right to upgrade your free delivery from Royal Mail to a courier service should your delivery exceed a certain weight or cost.

All delivery options that are suitable for your order will be displayed in the "Shipping & Handling Options:" drop down menu at the bottom of your basket. Please ensure you select the required option as we can not change (or refund) this once your order has been placed.
